A little History

        I, the owner, have visited this campground since 1984, when my grandparents had a seasonal site, and continued to go out there when my parents took over the spot where my grandparents were in 2001. I got my own spot in 2011, and my wife has been with me since 2013. I have helped with putting in and taking out the docks every year since 2005. When they rebuilt the cabins, I was there helping.

This is a very quiet campground. There are 16 campers out here and they are all seasonal. Almost everyone keeps their camper out here year around, so we don’t have people coming and going with campers. There is no weekend camping at this campground. Everyone has been very respectful of the rules and everyone’s property.  

There is not much for turnover.  We probably have 1 spot where 

there has been different campers in the last 5 years.  There are a couple spots where the seasonal residents have been here for 20 years.  We have all gotten to know each other fairly well and many think we are the “Lake Family” 

 We all work together when there is something that needs to get done.  

             We have purchased this resort so we can maintain our family oriented camping we have all come to enjoy.
