Welcome to the Lakeside Villa

Our Caribbean inspired 2 bedroom 1 bathroom lakeside villa (new in 2016) has exquisite interior design with an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings. The wall of windows leading out to the patio provides a unparalleled view just steps away from the water.

 

The villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Dish cloths and dish towels are also provided for your use.

 

Our 2 full size beds (54" x 75") have pillows and fresh linens on your arrival. Additional linens are available for the pull out couch.

 

The villa is equipped with a heater/air conditioner, flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo, patio set, fire pit and charcoal grill. Don't forget to bring charcoal and Don't forget to bring bath towels and toiletries.

 

There is a boat slip reserved for use during your stay. Kayaks, paddle boards and row boats are available at no charge to guests staying at the Resort. Please limit your time so that all guests have access to these items. Lifejackets are required when using Loch Nest Resort water equipment.

Life jackets are not provided, please bring your own.

 

Rates are based on 4 person occupancy. There is a $10 charge for each additional person/day in the villa. Children under 10 stay free. The maximum occupancy is 6 adults. Rates are subject to a MN state sales tax and fees. A $5 daily fee will be charged for each visitor. All visitors must leave the resort prior to quiet hours beginning at 10:00 pm.

 

For any pets there will be a fee charged at $20/day.

 

Deposit:

 

All deposits are equal to 40% of the total charge. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Deposit is NON-refundable. Full reservations are non-refundable within 14 days of arrival. If we are successful in rebooking a portion of your reservation, a partial refund will be made available.
